Randy Foust is not a professional career coach. Nor is he significantly experienced in job hunts. Much like you, he was a management-professional who climbed his way up one corporate ladder for 20-years, only to find himself in a new city in search of a “new ladder.”

Randy quickly learned that finding a new ladder is very different than climbing an existing ladder, but he also found that many of the skills are transferable. Hear Randy’s story, share some of your tips for finding potential ladders and learn from your colleagues as they share some of their stories and suggestions as well.

ABOUT RANDY FOUST: With more than 30 years experience as an IT professional with Fortune 500 companies, Randy currently serves as a manager in IT Strategy and Portfolio Management group at Cardinal Health in Dublin, OH. His technical background is in application development and project management. He has managed all aspects of IT, including business analysis, application development, testing, project management offices, strategic planning, business management, and executive client relationship management.
