MEET THIS MONTH’S SPEAKER
DEAN PULLIAM

Mr. Pulliam is the Director of Nonprofit & Charity Accreditation for the Better Business Bureau of Central Ohio. He has successfully guided multiple, nonprofit turn-around initiatives including new business and revenue-stream development, major project management, governance board and trustee trainings, and major events for numerous nonprofit organizations.

He helps nonprofit organizations attain significant outcome improvements in competitive, high-stress environments, where success requires new initiatives, focused and charismatic leadership, outside-the-box considerations and attention to continuous quality improvement.

He is insightful and sensitive in situations where transformational change to nonprofit organization culture, governance structure, strategic direction or public image is the outcome goal. He is a charismatic leader, trainer, motivator, team builder, speaker and fundraiser.

With a MS in Administration from the University of Illinois, he retained distinction as a ‘Certified Association Executive’ by American Society of Association Executives (ASAE) from 1991 to 2015.
