In this session, Sue will show us how to construct and use a scorecard to achieve our goals. This is where Spring Cleaning comes in. We will start by dusting off our job search objectives, and then we’ll take a fresh look at our plans to achieve them. As we examine what we’re doing today, we’ll make decisions about which activities we need to replace with something new. We need to change something to get different results.

Sue’s career started in Banking and Operations Management where process improvement and change always fascinated her. After many years in banking, Sue launched her “second career” as an independent contractor, first as a Project Manager, and now as a Change Manager. That was nearly 20 years ago, and she has never looked back!
