MEET THIS MONTH’S SPEAKER
BECKY TYLKA

Becky has been advising clients in all aspects of the job search for a number of years. During this time, she has coached and mentored numerous individuals in career transition from a variety of professions, companies and industries. Through her work, she strives to not only work on their search, but to also enhance the confidence and self-esteem needed to achieve their career goals. Whether working one-on-one or in a group setting, her goal is for each person to learn how to master the “art of selling” themselves in today’s competitive market.

Becky has worked in a variety of settings nationwide, from plant closings to managing career centers. As a speaker and trainer with her own company, she has also created and developed training programs for such companies as Avon, McGraw Hill and General Electric. In the career services arena, she has been affiliated with an international career management firm, working in Cleveland, Columbus and on select projects around the country.
