INTRODUCING YOUR CAREER COACHES
Barney Greenbaum is a successful entrepreneur who has created, operated and managed a variety of businesses, starting at an early age. Most recently Barney has been a franchise consultant for Frannet, leading to over 150 new franchise owners in the greater Central Ohio area. He continues in the franchise arena but he is also the National Development Director of Hard Bean Café. Barney is already on track for establishing 15 new owners nationwide in 2018.
Rex Ray has over 20 years of leadership, organizational behavior and facilitating experience in the areas of communications, management, training, human resources and recruiting. He is a retired Air Force colonel and served as Vice Wing Commander at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base in Dayton during the Bosnian Peace Talks. Rex has also been featured in a nationally televised testimony for the “Hour of Power”. He is a career coach, professional speaker, published author and senior adjunct professor.
Becky Tylka is a career consultant who has extensive experience working with a variety of professionals in transition. Formerly associated with an international career transition firm, Becky has worked with major projects around the country, from plant closings to setting up and managing career centers to working with clients one-to-one and in accountability teams. Through her work, she developed an excellent reputation for building a unique rapport with all levels of clientele and for delivering quality service.
