Sue Dolloff launched her “second career” as a professional Project Manager more than 10 years ago and has never looked back!  This profession follows 20+ years in Banking and Operations Management.  After many lessons learned the hard way, with difficult projects and less-than-stellar operational results, Sue learned about a strategic management tool called “The Balanced Scorecard.”  The original Balanced Scorecard (BSC) was designed to help businesses understand the linkages between their daily activities and the strategic goals they were trying to achieve. After building several BSCs, she became a believer in the predictability of the results, and it has become her favorite management tool. A few years ago, while looking for a new type of project, Sue re-designed the Balanced Scorecard to focus specifically on her job search.  She proved that the same BSC principles that work on business objectives work just as effectively when applied to a job search!
