IT’S A NEW YEAR — LET’S CHANGE SOMETHING!

Our speaker this month is Sue Dolloff, a professional change manager who likes to say, “Until we change something, nothing will change!”

If your job search is not going exactly the way you want, you may want to change something. Sue believes even a small change in your approach can make a big difference.

But change is hard! So is there anything we can do to make change easier? Yes, in fact, lots of things!

In this session, Sue will share her interpretations of “the change curve” and the translations to the ups & downs we experience as we move along our job search journey. She will lead us through an exploration of several kinds of changes to consider in the new year. And along with those ideas, we’ll discuss ways to reinforce those changes so we get the results we’re looking for.

Sue’s career started in Banking and Operations Management, where she was always fascinated by process improvement and change. After many years in banking, Sue launched her “second career” as an independent contractor, first as a Project Manager, and now as a Change Manager. That was over 15 years ago, and many changes ago, and she has never looked back!
