CHANGING LADDERS

Randy Foust is not a professional career coach–nor is he significantly experienced in job hunts. Like a lot of you, he was a management professional who climbed his way up one corporate ladder for 20 years, only to find himself in a new city in search of a “new ladder”.

Randy quickly learned that finding a new ladder is a lot different than climbing an existing ladder, but he also found a lot of the skills are transferable. RANDY FOUST

With over 30 years as an IT professional with Fortune 500 companies, Randy is currently a manager in the IT Strategy and Portfolio Management group at Cardinal Health in Dublin, OH. His technical background is in application development and project management. He has managed all aspects of IT, including business analysis, application development, testing, project management offices, strategic planning, business management and executive client relationship management.
