$10 – $15IS YOUR BRAIN DRAINING YOUR JOB SEARCH?
AVOID THE TRAPS AND GET OUT OF YOUR OWN WAY!
Our brains can be masters of ‘self-limiting’ and ‘self-defeating’ behaviors, especially at times when we need to be our own best cheerleaders…like during a job search! Knowing how our brains operate, and how and why our brains can work against us is the beginning of understanding how to overcome this brain drain. Brain scientists have discovered a great deal about how our brains operate that help and hinder us, and learning the basics will help you step into your confidence when you most need it.
Providing a user-friendly primer on ‘how our brains work’, Janine Moon will help you sort out the mental blocks and emotions that can ‘kick in’ because of the physical make-up of our brains. Using these basics, she’ll also review some simple techniques to bring your brain back to center when you need it most. Based in science, the techniques are proven to make a difference when you need to be your best. While simple, the techniques may take some practice, yet you’ll find them practical and valuable during and after the job search.
