IT’S A NEW YEAR – LET’S CHANGE SOMETHING!

Our speaker this month is Sue Dolloff, a professional change manager who frequently says, “Until we change something, nothing will change!”

If you feel your job search is not getting the results you are looking for, perhaps you should change something. Sue believes that even a small change in approach can make a big difference in results. One of her favorite tools for approaching change is known as the Balanced Scorecard. In this session, Sue will show us how to construct and use a scorecard to improve our job search results. We will start by examining our job search objectives. Do you know what they are? If you do, write them down and bring them with you to this session. If you’re not so sure, Sue will lead us through an exercise to help determine that. Then, by looking at our objectives and our current approach to achieving them, Sue will show us how to introduce a few small changes that can lead to new results.

Sue’s career started in Banking and Operations Management, where she was always fascinated by process improvement and change. After 20+ years in banking, Sue launched what she calls her “second career” as an independent contractor, first as a Project Manager, and now as a Change Manager. That was 15 years ago, and she has never looked back!
