MARY HELD

Mary S. Held is president of Mary Held & Associates, LLC, a management consulting firm that specializes in helping leaders, managers and their teams achieve sustainable high performance through coaching, consulting and training. Mary is a nationally recognized human resources consultant with over 20 years of leadership and organizational performance experience in Fortune 100 and Fortune 1000 corporations. Her expertise includes leadership and team coaching, consulting and training.

Mary takes an active leadership role in the Central Ohio community as a member of the Board of Directors of the Gahanna Area Chamber of Commerce, the Business Advisory Committee for Goodwill Columbus, and the local chapters of the National Association of Women Business Owners, the American Society for Training and Development and the Society for Human Resource Management.

Mary holds a Masters degree in workplace learning and performance from The Ohio State University and a Bachelors degree from The University of Akron.
